"I was reluctant to stay here with its one star rating but I must say, I was highly impressed. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was good, balcony was nice, staff were exceptional! The woman at the front desk spoke to us, and was very friendly. She explained everything and was happy for us to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. Next time we visit Benidorm this will be a contender."

"An hotel in the heart of the Old town Simple in design and very clean. My room was on the first floor. Compact but All you need. A balcony to sit out on with a table. I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast was in the dining room. A buffet style where you helped your self. Always being replenished by the staff. Location is perfect to explore the local shops and bars. Enjoyed my stay."

"Highly recommend this place!!! Great location, very clean, and fantastic breakfast with gluten free options (just request ahead) but most importantly, the service of the staff from the cleaners, to the cooks, to the reception, was amazing. Everyone is so helpful and so lovely! The beds aren’t suuuper comfortable but other than that this place is perfect."
